Programmer looking for a Designer for 1 job

  I'm in the process of coding a brand new swedish Unix community with Ruby on Rails. I want the site to have a "Web 2.0" look. It's a rather big project, but the design bit shouldn't be too heavy. Any help for free is appreciated, but I might be able to pay you. The site will have Google Ads so perhaps a retroactive payment might be suitable? Message me if interested!
