Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  I have been hired to re-design a site that was built on the 1.0 Framework in Visual Studio 2003. The site is relatively simple, and could probably be upgraded to 2.0 and VS2005 if you prefer.
  
  Programming work should be minimal. I just need someone to help me create new pages, a new site structure, and re-compile after major re-working of the layout. (It's currently all table-based and I want to move to a CSS layout).
  
  Rate is completely negotiable. Just let me know what your hourly rate is.
