Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  I am looking for a programmer who is interested in getting together on an open source project. Location is not a concern.
  I am hoping to find someone equally as interested in producing a useful open source tool for the design industry. I am an experienced designer who is intimately familiar with how php works, I just dont have the code chops to do any actual programming. The details of the project will be explained upon further communication, but I do, in general, have a very concrete idea and plan, and I just need a like-minded open source loving individual to share the burden.
  The hope is the project will be an instant hit, as it fills a much needed gap. The programming necessary is probably quite easy for someone with experience.
