  * Create standards-compliant cross-browser CSS/XHTML
  
  Requirements:
  * Expert in web usability, designing interfaces, and HTML/CSS
  * 1-3 years of practical web experience. (Be prepared to show examples of production documents you have created.)
  * Basic knowledge of how to build pages in ASP.NET
  * Javascript a plus
