  Two jobs let me know how many you can do or want to do:
  
  Job 1 (preferably done first):

  I need a script for a mail list - which will email users that have signed up the most up to
  date proxies, which will have been collected via another form.
  
  The users must fill in a form and povide a name and their email, that is all they need to provide,
  this must be sorted in a MySQl database. Upon signing up they must recieve a welcome email which should
  include a random proxy link from the database. The layout of the welcome email must be editable from
  the admin section.
  
  For proxy owners, they must be able to submit there proxy links, a fee of $1.50 must be paid and this
  fee must be editable in the admin area as well and the paypal account to be paid. The proxy owners
  need to provide a proxt site name, and link, in the database they must be sorted with the date they were
  submitted as well, links must be added immediately using paypal IPN. The admin are must be able to delete and edit paid for links. The admin area needs
  and option to send an email to all the users in the database and inside the email must consit the proxy
  links, in order newest submitted at the top - older at the bottom. The layout of the email must be
  editable from the admin section. If possible the script shold automatically send the email to the users
  with updated infomation at a set time defined in the admim area - but this is not essential.
  
  I want full rights to this script so that it cant be sold on or used by you or anyone else!
  
  Job 2 (preferably done second):
  BannerBump.com
  
  users must be able to sign up and supply details of there banner - image location, link direction,
  username and password of future editing - these details will be added to a database and a fee must
  be paid with paypal IPN, and banner posted on homepage instanly. Fee must be editable in admin area.
  The second option is for users to be able to "bump" there own banners, for a fee, set in the admin area,
  to the top of the banner list, payment again by paypal IPN.
  
  I want full rights to this script so that it cant be sold on or used by you or anyone else!
