Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for a few jobs

  I am willing to pay $10 per question answered from a HTML, XHTML and CSS expert who is on Instant Message or Skype 24/7, for me to get a quick answer on a problem Im having. The goal for me is to learn this stuff and I learn best from others...books or reading sites don't work for me!

  For the past four months I have been building a webservice. Im an above average Noob with HTML and CSS, though that might be pushing it.
  
  I have a programmer working on jscripts, php, ajax and MySQL stuff. Im doing the design and other stuff. I have created the site by using Notepad exclusively.
  
  My programmer keeps telling me to get Dreamweaver for it is easier. But, I want to learn HTML and CSS(XHTML) fully, so I gain a skill from this experience and can call myself a MODERN DAY(2007) designer who follows current rules. Using DreamWeaver for me would be a cop out.
  
  So, Im looking for an expert in HTML, CSS and XHTML to help me after many failed attempts in trying to position something for instance. I want this person to tell me no you need to do it this way and explain why.
  
  This person needs to be a FireFox user, codes in Notepad or another text editor(No DreamWeaver type designers) and is online 24/7, as I am. I leave my PCs on, Im just not always there. Lately, working on this I am in front a PC a LOT!
  
  An added plus would that person also be a Skype user!
