Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  I need a PHP/MySQL Developer to create a social news type network (somewhere between digg.com and wordpress on steriods). Should be completely comfortable with object oriented PHP, MySQL schema design, CSS/Template based layout, tableless layouts, JavaScript/AJAX/XML, the ability to write clean maintainable code that is well commented, and secure application development principles. A knowledge of FreeBSD and Apache configuration is a big plus. There will be an e-commerce portion of this site, so experience w/ the PayPal and Google APIs is beneficial.
  
  Please make sure you are ok w/ my deadline. I would like this done w/in a month of engaging a developer.
  
  The design is complete. I have approx 15 photoshop screenshots that should create approx 9 templates. Site map is complete. Overview/brief is complete.
  
  I have several projects ongoing and would like to find a long term programmer. Would prefer someone in LA or Orlando, but anywhere IN THE USA is ok.
