Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

• Required Knowledge

  HTML, CSS, Photoshop, PHP would be a plus.
  
• Additional Info

  I want to work with someone to create a web site that provides resources, tutorials, and a helpful community for new web designers (and possibly some free/paid templates)
  The source of income would be Google adsense and we'd split it 50/50 (using some to cover hosting costs)
  
  Just to clarify, I'm not looking for someone to design the site and that's it. I'm looking for a partner to work with me to design/manage the site.
  
  Also there is no immediate pay. the money comes after the site gets going and the adsense payments start coming in.
  
  additionally, any PHP experience would help. I don't know any PHP, so having someone w/ PHP around would be a great help.
