Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  We're creating a business, focusing on developing web based apps/services. These are not web2.0/photo sharing/blogging systems/adWords based apps.
  
  We're looking for a few developers who have development skills (php/perl/java/mysql/linux/etc...) who are looking to join our team. This is a sweat equity opportunity. There is no initial salary/compensation. Repeat, no initial salary/compensation!
  
  To give you a sense of the apps, we're looking at:
  
  The 1st app is intended to be a hybrid of Craigslist/Ebay, focusing on the used textbook market for colleges/universities in North America.
  
  The overall all revenue strategy/business model is to compete against the local college newspapers, to generate advertising from the local businesses around the colleges.
  
  This is an after hours kind of garage project, but we're looking for the right team across the internet.
  
  We have the servers/bandwidth/strategy/architecture for the apps. We need serious sweat equity partners/developers as we move forth.
