Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I am looking for a designer to help with a project that I have been trying to launch for awhile. I HATE markup and CSS, so I'm looking for some one to take the work in this area off my hands.
  
  The project is already about 60-70% complete. The site just needs to be styled, and a few other features coded in.
  
  The only requirement will be that you use subversion. If you are not familiar with version control software, it allows teams to work on the same code base with out over writing each others changes. I can show you the ropes.
  
  You will have free reign to design as you like, however I will retain the power to veto any changes.
  
  You don't need to be an expert, even if your just trying to hone your skills is fine as long as your style matches well with the project.
  
  This will be a partnership, and honestly this project will never make us rich. However I do hope that it will be able to generate 200-300 a month.
