Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I am looking to create a relationship with a designer/coder for long-term, ongoing work.
  
  I manage and operate a web development company, and need reliable contractors who communicate well and want to be part of my team.
  You will have access to an internal collaboration system, and receive a company email address. You will also get a special helper monkey in the mail. Okay, thats a lie, but you might get a company coffee mug.
  
  You should be familiar with modern graphic design for the web, including layout principles, typography, color, etc.
  
  Knowing how to use CSS to mold a semantically correct XHTML file into something beautiful and interactive is an absolute must.
  
  You must have a personal website showcasing some previous work. I don't care if it's for big-name clients or not, but the work must be of high standards.
  
  Bonuses (that will help you get the position):
