Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  This IS a partnership in a new venture. It is an incredible opportunity to anyone who's looking to be a part of something big in fact this could be the next big thing after the likes of myspace, utube etc. You must be creative, hard working, and motivated.. you dont have to believe in the venture and dont have to be a pro or have a huge resume, even if this is going to be ur very first job u still perfectly fit in to the profile. I will only divulge the direct details about the venture if an agreement is reached.. I will have you know that the idea is very do-able.
  
  
  The design will not be overly intensive, the simpler the better, a frame work already exist, in fact if you're a talented artist it really shouldn't take you too much of your "spare time" to complete what is left of the task. You will be working with me for now, or if I'm lucky enough to find a graphic artist who's also a talented programmer it would be just you.. and me.. all the way. This site will be relatively simple, and extremely creative, spread your wings, be creative,
  after all the site itself is going to be about being creative.
  
  I would like to see you take the reigns in regards to the creative direction of this venture.. I'm more of an entrepreneur, one thahts very creative and also a web designer.. but I'm fairly confident you're much more creative and talented in that department then me.
