  Must know how to program a profile-based social networking site similar to facebook.com. Knowledge of Flash is a plus.

  I am looking for an expert programmer to help build a site that combinds the social networkability of facebook.com, utility of monster.com, organization of 37signals.com, and video content of youtube.com.
  
  Must be able to meet me in Boston on a weekly basis.
  Designing knowledge is a plus.
  Might lead to a part-time job as a teammember of a new company.
