Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I am a programmer. I would like to partner with a designer who has extensive experience designing and knows all about the current trends in designing.
  
  Designing will include logos, websites...to anything else.
  
  I have a few projects coming my way, expecting a lot more. I also would like to take up a few projects on my own. And if you have any ideas, that's amazing!
  
  I am looking for a designer whos looking at the long term benefits, we will basically be working as a team and not in a hire/fire basis.
  
  About me, I am a programmer who has sufficient experience in several programming languages and who has worked on a lot of projects. At this moment, I have the confidence that I can take up any project at any level, in any language and finish it in time.
  
  So I am basically looking for serious designers, artists who know their stuff and can deliver.
  
  For website designing, I will be building sites where the content and the presentation will be seperated, thru CSS. I expect the designer to be familiar with that (not compulsory). I also would like to see a sample of what you have done already.
