Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Berfore I start the programmer will get a 40% share of all rpfoits amde and the company and I will be doing alot of the work with the programmer and keeping it runing and advertising etc...
  
  Okay the project is called we-aim.com
  The whole idea of the project is awebsite system like many seen before e.g. www.piczo.com & www.freewebs.com etc.. however this is not for everyone our website is going to be for the gmaing community.
  
  The idea is that a gamer who needs a gaming clan cna go onto our websie and signup saying he needs a clan or a clan leader cna signup and get a website with built in cms auto maticly created for him with his claname.we-aim.com but can also invite clan "searchers" to join but the leader section is the main part and then we jsut have the gamer where he cna signup and create a gaming profile.
  
  But yeha basicly its going to have 5 classes. Guest - Gamer - Searcher - Leader - Admin.
  
  Well theres more to it and I have a big text documet but if your intrested in this please offer :-).
  
  By the wya I allreayd ahve the splash page and the webdesign alyout done professionaly by my self because I am also a webdesigner as well as an entrepreneur.
