Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  We are looking to create a long-term relationship with someone who can convert Photoshop mockups into Wordpress templates. Please note: there is no design work involved, only converting a completed design into a Wordpress template.
  
  The templates will need to be written with standards-based markup (i.e. XHTML & CSS - no table-based layouts) and validate with the W3C Markup and CSS validators (http://www.w3.org/QA/Tools)
  
  A lot of what will be required is documented in a step-by-step guide. This just ensures that you know exactly what you need to do.
  
  Ideally this person will live in the US - frequent communication during projects will be required.
