Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  This is my third time listing this, and I have still yet failed to find someone who is not disappearing all the time. Honestly all I'm looking for is a little consistency, and a few hours a week, you will be able to take breaks or whatever, I'm not going to try chase you up, but you will need to maintain positive progress period.
  
  If you get busy frequently, or have exams or whatever coming up soon or in a month or so, or if you plan to leave for holiday for a few months, read NO MORE, this is NOT the project for you, so please don't waste my time.
  
  REVENUE is IN NO DOUBT 50% of ANY and ALL REVENUE earned through the site PERIOD. For this relationship we need to maintain complete trust, and I am already fully committed with whoever I'm going to hire. This relationship will not be a Employer Employee relationship, but a EMPLOYER EMPLOYER relationship, you will have all privileges and rights to managing the site and your stake within this potential business will be "50%" . But on the site as a whole, I will be managing the replying to the major issues and complaints.
  
  GUARANTEE OF ANY REVENUE IS NOT PROMISED, I AM AS EAGER AS YOU MAY BE ABOUT THIS. SO PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT A JUMP IN REVENUE AT THE START, ALL I CAN SAY IS, IF THERE IS ANY REVENUE, YOU WILL GET 50%, AND NO QUESTIONS ASKED. I WILL EMPHASIZE ONCE MORE, THAT I CANNOT, THAT IS CANNOT, GUARANTEE ANY REVENUE AT ALL.
  
  REVENUE SCHEMES:
  I will not list all revenue schemes for security purposes. You will only get my ideas when you have been hired, but basically these schemes include advert systems and subscription systems similar to sitepoint.com - you will also honestly get 50% of any adsense revenue (adsense revenue is atleast $100 when it is issued, so when I do give you a share of ANY adsense revenue, $50 or more is guaranteed)
  
  WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR: Someone with good knowledge of PHP and database systems who can construct a simple article and review system with user login capabilities. You will receive a simple site plan when you are hired as a reference. You can currently view the design at www.webdesignpress.com to get a feel of what you need to construct.
  
  After you have constructed the back end, and it works without fault, you will have the privilege of laying back and getting revenue without doing much more. But it would be nice if you helped with the management of the site.
