  Seeking a seasoned GUI designer with expertise in Web graphics and W3C Web Standards for exciting new site. Expert at XHTML, CSS, Ajax, scriptaculous sliders, scrolling large tables along at least 1 axis, handling various resolution monitors, an eye for layout, color and fonts. Familiarity with Rails.
