  Hi,
  
  I need two website designs for a potential client. They want a "web 2.0 look and feel" for both sites. I would prefer to get valid XHTML/CSS from you, but the important part is the design.
  
  If I like your designs I will include your portfolio or mockup with my proposals; the complete designs will only be needed if the client accepts my proposals.
  
  I have two questions:
  
  1) What is a fair price?
  
  2) How long will it take to complete the designs?
