Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I need to redesign a website of mine. Looking to turn it into a collaborative place where folks can upload pictures and descriptions of their robotic creations and view/vote/comment on everyone else's. Want to build a community website for sharing information.
  
  This is a hobby for me and I'd love to find someone who's passionate about the site and willing to collaborate. We can discuss payment options (probably a profit splitting deal) and come up with all sorts of future expansions and plans. The site is currently in existance (http://www.RobotDirectory.org) but in need of a complete overhaul. There is already established traffic and web links.
