Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  I need urgent help from a PHP guru to add CAPTCHA security to an existing PHP message board system. I installed the very simple message board (doesn't use authentication or database) for a successful catering client about a year ago. They love it, BUT in recent weeks it has been getting spammed like crazy. I tried to install a CAPTCHA script for added security, but couldn't get it to work (I'm a CSS/HTML designer, but pretty weak with PHP). Budget for the project is flat fee of $200. Might be able to go to $250.
  
  This is an urgent project. Would probably only take a PHP expert an hour to fix and I will pay immediately upon completion.
