Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  The project is a website for a personal artistical project.
  It consist in a collection of several thousand of images to dynamically present with smoothness and elegance.
  I manage the images, tags and texts through an opensource CMS (spip -> www.spip.net)
  It will reduce the images to the right size and produce the XML files.
  
  What I ask you is to animate my designs in flash, and link them with actionscript to the XML files. You will also be able to deal with cookies.
