Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I am looking to start a web design / development business and am in need of designer. Ideally you should have solid photoshop/illustrator experience and should be creative in designing websites. You should also have a creative flare and be able to show some of your work with a portfolio. I will also be giving a stake in business.
  
  XHTML / CSS skills would also be prefered but are not essential, just need a solid web / graphic designer.
  
  This post is open to all in Hampshire UK. There may also be a need to visit clients for which expenses will be covered.
