  I'm looking for an up and coming PHP programmer to help me out with a project I'm working on. It's a social networking video site for filmmakers, with a few specific digg-like features that I need help in implementing. The main skill that would be required is creating an almost digg like system for rating videos, and a more complex system for finding users with similar tastes based on certain criteria.
