Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  Wireframes and then full design required for a new small business targeted web site. The site needs to be very easy to use, I am looking for a "web 2.0" shiney, large icon approach.
  
  I expect the 1st stage design process to take between 5-10 days. However, early design ideas and a wireframe must be delivered by 12th Jan, with full designs coming soon after.
