  I'd like to build a web site that enable our editors to broadcast live video from their personal computers (running Windows).
  
  The video feed will be streamed to the server, and from there broadcasted to possibly hundreds of simultaneous users.
  
  The broadcasting technology should be as standard as possible. Solution can be based on flash or anything widely available.
  
  Please specify what tools and technologies you suggest to use to solve this.
