Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am looking for a partner in a potential business. I am an experienced programmer and designer, however web programming with MySQL is NOT my area of expertise. I have created a 'template' if you will, online to show you the general idea of what I am going for, for look and feel. The site is not functional, for show only.
