Programmer looking for a Designer for 1 job

  I am looking for a designer to create an interface for an application I am developing, that will be released in January. I'm looking for someone who can take a rough skeleton I have now, and turn it into an application that's slick, usable, and easy to understand.
  
  After the completion of the product, I plan to expand vertically with my new offerings, so a job well done will mean several other jobs to follow.
  
  I do not need (X)HTML/CSS work done. The only thing I will expect of the designer will be mockups delivered in PSD form. I don't care what tools you use to get there.
  
  I am offering $500 for this project and design credit in the form of a link on every page. I am open to project quotes above this amount.
  
  Portfolio, and links to live websites you've designed (applications preferred but not necessary), please.
