  I have a project putting standard open source applications into a new package. It will be a wiki core with forums, blogs, chat, e-mail management, streaming, downloading, and retail/accounting system.
  
  Most of the apps do not need modification: a simple installation in the same site, some degree of interworking and domain configuration (nothing that hasn't been done before). But the wiki itself has a specification that will require coding experience to realise and the retail side will need tweaking.
  
  I will happily negotiate with anyone who can demonstrate the right level of skills.
