Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  We need an experienced PHP 5 programmer who can set up a MySQL 4.1.11 database. The database will collect user information such as name, address, phone, and email along with a few custom fields pertaining to membership for the portal being constructed. Experience with secure certificates and integrating such with the database is an absolute must. Please share (at least 3) pertinent web examples of work done along with specifics of what you did for each.
