  i am an aspiring entreprenuer with an idea for the development of a small-scale social networking site. the target audience is a specific demographic with a specific interest.
  
  i am looking for a competent programmer with the technical skills/background to create this social networking site. a couple over-arching requirements include, but are not limited to, secure registration and login, adding interests, linking interests among users, and broadcast-type messages to all users linked to a specific interest. further details will be discussed upon contractual agreement.
  
  payment type and amount is negotiable. however, please note that this site is targeted to a specific group/interest and idealized to fill a gap in the market and is not necessarily out there to generate a residual income (ie - get rich quick), however, the opportunity is out there if the user interest/traffic exists.
