Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  A strong backend experience and some form of server side coding, PHP, Ruby on Rails it's your call. A free flowing creative mind would be a plus and also the ability to think outside the box.

  I am a Entrpreneur (wannabe) I have some really good ideas but very limited coding knowledge <? print 'hello world' ?> even thats more than likely wrong.
