Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I have a current project to create a dynamic "mini site" for a recreational homes mfg. dealer network, along with a private dealer section within the mfg. web site.

  An established freelance designer, I am seeking a long-term relationship for web programming services and assistance. I have been involved in web, multimedia, graphic and print design for ten years, six of which I have been working independently from my home.
  
  To continue to build my client base and expand my services I need to partner with an experienced programmer(s). I need a resource for a variety of tasks including, email forms and validation, BBS forums, dealer locater database solutions and dynamic site development to name a few. I also have clients looking for complete sites developed in Flash. Basically I need someone to contract or assist me on any backend server side scripting as well as developing dynamically generated sites and Flash sites
