Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  I would like to build my commercial site by using the WordPress CMS as the backbone. I have the design with CSS templates already marked-up, but now need to integrate that with WP.
  There are a few additional custom page requirements such as a press page and article archive which might need additional tweaking of the WP code, custom side navigation and index page display etc.
  
  I require someone that is not too pricey (as I am South African :) and need it completed as soon as possible.
