Programmer looking for a Designer for a few jobs

  I'd like to create a community site for a popular PHP framework that I have been using for about a year now.
  
  I would like it to be a bit web2.0ish in style but it is not a definite. I plan to allow tutorials, news, articles, code snippets, framework-specific items, etc to be added to the site.
  
  I do not know if it will be ad support and I will not be able to pay you out of my pocket, however, this will look great on a resume.
