Programmer looking for a Designer for 1 job

  Ive created a simple job site with Ruby on Rails, similar to Programmer Meet Designer (not in competition). People post projects specifying work they need done and other people can post offers to do the work.
  
  Im at the stage where i need html and css to complete phase 1. Ive got an idea of how I'd like the site to look and flow so you can just cut the html and css if you wish. If you're coming from a UI Design point of view then Im open to suggestions.
  
  html and css is a must, UI Design and AJAX is better, Ruby on Rails as well even better. Also Im on Australian Time GMT+11 so you'll need to be flexible for meeting online.
