Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am looking to leverage some programming work so that I can focus more on the design aspects of my clients' work. I have a few projects that are actively in need of a programmer and there's always something to do. I am looking for someone who has 15-25 hours per week to put in some programming work to finish a few projects that range from ecommerce to subscription-based web applications. We're an active design firm in Northwest Ohio with more than 35 clients. I have two years experience in php programming, eight years in design for the web. I highly value object-orientated programming, semantics, efficiency, DRY principles and best programming practices. Also willing to provide design work for you in exchange for services if desired. Costs are negotiable and I'm very reasonable. Please provide your hourly rate (or your pricing formula), samples of your work, programming background, and your contact information.
  
  You must be from the United States and speak english fluently without a foreign accent (sorry no offshore outsourcing). Skype is our instant messenger, and Google Calendar is our preferred time tracker. Already putting these tools to use will give you a leg up. Experience with web application frameworks is a huge plus (especially CakePHP).
