  5 years working with CSS and HTML / XHTML and possibly JavaScript
  Solid understanding and experience with web standards
  Experience with Ajax and extensive knowledge of UI design and usability issues
  Ability to design and oversee implementation of complex UI requirements
  Strong knowledge of interface design processes, methodology, UI standards, and the UI issues in widget / internet-related applications
  Strong verbal and written communication skills
  Attentive to detail
  Entrepreneurial spirit, can-do attitude
