Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  If you believe that great user interface can make or break a web application, if you believe that design decision should be made in function of the final users and not in function of the taste of the client, you are the kind of person I wan't to work with.
  
  I'm looking for someone to work with me on the design part of web application. I need someone who can design clean and simple web applications, logos, buttons, pictograms, etc. Please include links to your portfolio. I'm looking for someone I can rely on.
  
  We will work on a per project basis.
  
  In order to help me make a good descision, please include a sample quote for a simple wordpress theme design. This way I will be able to see if it fits my normal client budget or if I will need to increase my prices to work with you.
