Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for 1 job

  I am looking for a good web 2.0 designer, meaning someone that can create a very userfriendly site. No need for fancy graphics or unuseful code. I just want it to look pretty and easy so anyone can use the page.
  
  A sketch and php script of how the page should be has already been made so its just up to the designer to make it look nicer :) The script along with a temp layout is already setup and i will send the URL when contacted.
