  A content management system for saleable mobile content (ring tones, pictures, full track etc,) delivered via mobile bookmarks rendering content to device capabilities. We also need
  a content management system for the creation of mobile web pages driven by an AJAX style drag and drop interface which generates custom tag functionality and ties in saleable content.
  
  The content management system will need to interface with billing service providers by associating saleable content to the billing service providers by means of reference IDâ??s.
  
  
  
  Additional features are:
  
  
  
  - Mutliâ?? tier privilegesâ?? or hierarchical user accounts (ability to create accounts that allow site creation)
  - Renders device specific content and mobile web pages e.g. Imode, XTML, XHTML etc.
  - Device / handset database that will adapt to new devices
  - Full website and saleable content reporting
  
  
  
  This is quite a large project and with a short deadline so please only those with mobile experience should apply.
