Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  HTML, CSS, UI Design Standards, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, design graphics/logos, create templates
  
• Additional Info

  Looking for talented web designers with at least 2-3 years of experience designing websites. Must show proof of work (please send URLs of site designed) and preferably be located in Chennai (India) area.
  
  Looking for long-term relationship and assured monthly stipend of Rs. 10,000 or more (negotiable).
  
  Must have,

  -- proficiency in web design (in particular, Adobe software on a PC platform)
