Programmer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I'm working on a php5 framework (LGPL) and looking for a php5 programmer for the future development of this framework.
  
  This framework will be the base of a CMS calling Open Publisher (LGPL). The framework is based on the MVC pattern with a modular/ plugin structure.
  
  At this moment i can pay nothing for this job.
