Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Looking for a programmer with good CSS skills to meet XHTML compliance. Also needs a working to good knowledge of PHP. We will provide Photoshop files that will need to be sliced apart and programmed. If you know Actionscript/Flash there is even more work for you. Preferred if you were located in Pennsylvania, however must be in the EST.
