  Looking for a talented web designer to create a SINGLE WEB PAGE WITH LOGO for a website idea. The successful candidate will have expert-level skills in web layout, CSS and Photoshop and be able to provide your own tools and work environment.
  
  This will be a very simple page with only a few content areas. However, I need a highly talented individual to create a very clean, professional and hip creative design in the style of Digg, Blogger and Flickr.
  
  I will need to see some portfolio samples (screenshots are fine) of previous work done.
