Programmer looking for a Designer for 1 job

  I am starting a free web based survey site. I have completed the site (programming wise) and am looking for someone to help me design the graphical aspect of the survey builder. I cannot offer money at this point but I will offer a full write up/page about the designer giving credit. This can serve as a good reference / portfolio piece. I suspect designing the survey editor to only take perhaps a day so it is not a lot of work.
