  How to code a Trillian skin

  I'm interested in creating a Trillian skin, I have already done the design of the contact list, to let you see what it will look like. However, I'm far too busy to take on the coding of the skin as well, therefore I need help with this. If you and me created a skin, we'd of course share the credit.
  
  I call my skin "Sugar IM", and it will come in many delicious flavours such as
  
  Intensive Green
  Trillian Blue
  Bold Pink
  Classy Beige
  Soft Red
  Delicious Black
  Tasty Orange
  + perhaps more!
  
  Those are the ones I've looked into so far.
  
  Also, the skin I've assembled uses most of the original Trillian skin shapes (the top menu is identical, for an example) so I don't think it would mean too much work for a normal skilled skin developer to code this skin.
