  The details of the website will be said in full to applicants. I am willing to pay $300 ($100 up front, and $200 upon completion of the project), or 50% of the site's earnings (a partnership). I run 3 sites with a combined userbase of well over 20,000 members and over 2,000,000 pageviews/month, and I would be able to draw on those members to get the new site on its feet.
