Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I have a site at www.umaiafca.com. It needs some back end functionality that can make it more interactive and easily updated by someone with no html or website experience. I have designed the need for vistors to post stories and other short text, but some need to be passed through a moderator first. I do not want the look of a forum though. I also need admin functionality in order to organize posts and moderate what is being entered onto the live site, edit over all content and manipulate a photo gallery. Other than those things I need some basic email scripts which will be seen by the visitors as on-line forms they can fill out. Please check out the site and look into what is there so you have a better idea of the missing functionality.
