Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Experienced MySQL and PHP Developer
  
  We are looking for an experienced MySQL and PHP developer that is able to work on this specific project with the opportunity of becoming a full time developer with the company. The project itself is three quarters complete and only needs the developer to complete some sections and give it the finishing touches.
  
  Experience:
  
  * 4+ years experience in PHP on a high load/volume website
  * Experience writing clean optimized PHP code
  * CVS or Subversion experience
  * CSS/HTML experience a plus
  * Caching experience a plus
  * Ajax experience
  *Zend Certified a plus
  *Knowledge of designing and programming in ?Web 2.0?
  *Maintaining and administering a Windows Server
  *Knowledge of the phpBB framework, you will not be programming a forum but our basic framework is similar to that of phpBBs
  
  This is what the project comprises of:
  
  *90% of the user-facing pages are finished
  *reliable framework (DBAL, mailer, etc) to build on
  
  We will need someone to complete an admin panel and some other tasks for us. There is the possibility for the developer to become a shareholder within the company and reap the rewards once the site is up and making money. But as I said this will lead onto perhaps a full time job, a network of our clients that need programming jobs done and a lot of revenue and clients for the future of your company providing sustainability. This project will receive a lot of media attention and the person who undertakes it will reap a lot of rewards for doing a small project.

  Our project is 80% complete and need someone to take over from our in house programmer to finish a great project.
